Update from Pastor Marlon

Dear Church Family,

I wanted to share an update with you. While here in California, my brother, Michael, passed away on Wednesday evening at home with his family. We are grateful for God's strength and presence through this time. His memorial service will be held this Sunday evening..

Jarod, Mahayla, and I are planning to return to Georgia in the coming week, and we look forward to being back with you next Sunday.

Because my brother was the primary one caring for my mom, we are planning to bring her to live with us. To help with this transition, Anna will be staying for the next few months to assist with the move. We will keep you updated on plans for her Sunday morning class in the weeks ahead.

Thank you to everyone who stepped in and supported our church family during this time. We are grateful. We are also looking forward to gathering together for our upcoming baptism celebration, communion, and potluck on the first Sunday of the month.
