🍴Family Nights - Wednesdays • 6:00–7:30 PM
Join us for dinner from 6:00 - 6:30 PM, followed by worship. Around 6:45 PM, adults and children separate for age-appropriate activities:
Adults: Bible Study
Children: Craft/game and lesson time with Jarod and Mahayla
Everyone is welcome—we would love to have you join us!
This Wednesday, we will have sandwiches! Chips, bread, deli meats, lettuce, tomato, etc, & condiments will be provided. Contact SueAnne Sturm if you would like to bring a side, dessert, or beverage. (706) 436-7690.
🍁 Trunk or Treat - Saturday • 10/31 • 6:00-8:00 PM
Last Sunday we announced our Trunk or Treat! Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer. We still have plenty of opportunities to help! The sign-up sheet is available in the sanctuary.
2 Registration Stations - 4 individuals
Register each family
Provide w/bag to take to the craft table
The treat bag w/church info and a Gideon Bible
2 Craft Tables - 3 individuals
Help engage & guide kids for crafts
Keep craft supplies organized.
Heavenly Hayride - 3 individuals
We’ll need a driver & singer/DJ
loading/unloading help at entrance/exit
Refreshment Team - 2 individuals
Serve/bag pre-popped popcorn & drinks.
Keep food & condiments stocked & areas clean.
General Safety/Security - 1 individual
Help ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
Set-Up & Clean-Up Crew - EVERYONE :)
Assist with preparing the space before the event 4:30 PM
Help with breakdown and cleanup after the event 8 PM
12 Trunks
We recommend Bible-themed decor, but as long as it's not anything scary with witches, skeletons, spider webs, etc.... Bulldogs allowed :)
You can decorate more than one trunk and have someone host it and hand out candy!
Candy, Candy, Candy!
We prefer you to donate bags of individually wrapped NON-SEASON-THEMED candy to be distributed among our hosting trunks. The collection basket is in the sanctuary.
Please pray that God would use this event to open doors, build relationships, and reach lives for Jesus. Our hope is not simply to have a fun evening together, but to love our community well and make much of Christ.
Thank you for being willing to serve and love our community! We’re praying and trusting that God will use this simple outreach to connect with people and point them to Jesus!
