Our Musical - Big Night in a Small Town!!!
Hi Parents,
This year's Kids Christmas Musical is Big Night in a Small Town, a fun and meaningful 30-minute musical that tells the Christmas story through the eyes of a group of children.
The story follows an innkeeper who wonders if he made a terrible mistake by sending a young couple to stay in a stable because there was no room at the inn. As the children ask questions and piece together the events of that extraordinary night, they discover they are talking about the birth of Jesus—the greatest event in history.
This musical has six upbeat songs, memorable characters, and moments of worship. Big Night in a Small Town invites children to sing, act, and share the true meaning of Christmas in a way that is both fun and Christ-centered.
Our script includes five main characters, but we can expand or adjust those roles depending on the gifts and abilities of the children who participate.
As we prepare for this year's Christmas Musical, we'd love your help placing each child in a role where they can be successful and enjoy the experience. Would you please reply to this email and let us know what you think your child can comfortably do (or could do with a little encouragement)?
Memorize and recite lines from the script.
Act out a character with expression and confidence.
There are no right or wrong answers—we simply want to place each child where they will feel confident, grow, and have a great experience while helping tell the story of Christmas.

ALSO: We are still accepting more kids; the more, the better.
The cost is $15 per child, and scholarships are available if needed.
